Support for Individuals
Each of these groups operate at the grassroots level to help meet the emotional, social, and/or physical needs of community members.
Our group-based supports were created for people dealing with or experiencing stress, worry, anxiety, or are feeling overwhelmed. Those who are looking for a space to connect with others, a listening ear, peer-based support, short-term resilience-building and/or skill-building activities should reach out to us!
For more information on group-based supports, contact us via the phone number or email provided at the top of the page, or through our Facebook.
You can view one of our group-based supports, Gaining Resilience Through Tough Times (G.R.I.T.T.), on our TRIGRITT Facebook page.

Care 4 You
‘Care 4 U’ are our hospital supporters that offer short-term crisis support to individuals and families impacted by gun violence.
For anyone who is looking for care coordination and support from our hospital helpers, contact us via (217) 417-3750 or the email provided at the top of the page.
If you are a hospital worker interested in volunteering, contact us via the phone number or email provided at the top of the page, or fill out our volunteer form here.
Note: There is a small stipend for our ‘Care 4 U’ volunteers.
Currently, each group operates within the Champaign-Urbana community (as a part of CU TRI), but we hope to create a national impact. If you want to partner with us or learn more about our initiatives, please reach out!
